Price listings can vary from dog to dog based on coat condition, dogs' temperament, styling, and products required (ie flea or medicated products, deshed or demat products, etc).

All final totals at check out will include sales taxes.

Quote will be provided upon appointment request but final total will depend on the condition and temperament of your pet.

Talk to your groomer about setting up appointments for the year! Pricing is based on a 2 to 10 week schedule.

Clients bringing their dog in on a more than 10 week schedule are subject to a price increase.

Set schedules help garner trust and friendship between the pet and groomer; and a well-maintained dog also requires use of less product and time.

Payment should be rendered prior to/at time of receiving your dog back from the groomer.

We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, zelle, and cashapp. We also have the capabilities to provide a payment link,  but this option incurs additional fees as it's more expensive to process. 

Your satisfaction is vital! If you would like any modifications made to your pups groom, please contact F&F within 7 days of the groom (sooner is better, preferably at pickup) and we will get your pup back in asap at no extra charge to make the corrections. Any longer than 7 days will incur an additional touch up fee.

Pricing is subject to change at any time based on current costs of product, service, maintenance of tools and supplies, and overhead.

Full Service Groom...starts at $60

Thorough double shampoo and condition, anal gland expression if needed, blow out/deshed/mat prevention and detangling in small amounts or complete removal of matting/pelt, ear cleaning, nail trim, paw tidy, brush out, face tidy, sanitary care, haircut suited to condition of dog's coat, breed and pet parent's preference, and coat type appropriate finishing spray.

Please make the groomer aware of preference on cologne scents and/or human allergies.

Squishy-faced dogs get proper wrinkle cleaning/drying and care.

Teeth cleaning is optional - we have chicken, peanut butter, and mint toothpaste, as well as mint foam and gels that also promote tooth health.

Includes a bow, tie, or bandana.

Price varies by breed, size, coat type/condition, and dog's behaviour.

Bath and Tidy...starts at $30

This service is recommended in-between full grooms for maintenance to keep your pet looking their best!   

All breeds receive at minimum a thorough double shampoo and condition, blow dry/blow out, ear cleaning, nail trim, paw tidy, brush out with proper tools tailored to coat type, sanitary care (includes anal gland expression if it is needed), nose and paw butter when needed, finishing spray and/or cologne. Please make the groomer aware of preference on cologne scents and/or human allergies.

Long haired and curly or wavy coated dogs will also get spot shaving for minimal mats in areas like underarms or behind ears if needed, and basic detangling (price includes about 10 minutes worth, any additional may incur extra charge).

Hairless breeds receive extra pampering with triple oil and healing lotion to keep their skin safe from sun exposure and cold weather chaffing.

Touch up package, you pick the services.....$25 (handling fee may be added if needed)

No time for the bath? No problem. 

Touch up package includes nail trim with dremel, touching up eye corners (when applicable), 3 minutes of brushing, as well as TWO of the following: clean ears, express anal glands, full foot tidy, nose and paw butter, OR brush teeth.

Sanitary shave/tidy: $5 under 20lbs up to $15 if scissors are needed to complete service. $5 to $25 for 40lb+ and longer haired dogs

Clean eye corners: $5, but complimentary with any other service

Flea bath: +$10 to $60 based on size and severity of infestation. Charged at groomer's discretion as it adds 10-20 minutes to bath time and may require postponement of additional appointments for the day for deep cleaning/bombing.

Medicated bath: +$10 to $30 based on size and coat type. This fee is reduced by half if pet parent is providing their own product, as it still adds 10-20 minutes to bath time.

Extreme Deshed: +$10 - $60 for dogs with compaction or who are going through severe shedding. Approx +$25 per additional hour spent on this service.

Handling fee for difficult dogs: Starts at +$5, up to +$30 on any service. Charged at groomer's discretion. 

Matted dog fee: Starts at +$5, up to +$150 on any full groom, depending on severity, dogs size and coat type, and damage to tools. Charged at groomer's discretion. Owner will need to sign a waiver.

Extra/Full Hand Scissoring: +$15 and up, depending on owner's desired length, coat type/condition, time spent (+$35/hr). Charged at groomer's discretion.

Extended stay: If you are unable to drop off your pet/s at appointment time and need to bring them early, or unable to pick up your dog within 20 minutes of being notified they are almost ready, an additional charge of $5 per 30 minutes will be added to your invoice. This fee will not exceed an extra $30 per pet, but your pet must be picked up by end of day/agreed upon time. Our space is extremely limited, so we must be made aware with 24 hours notice that you will need this arrangement. Dogs will be provided a blanket, water, and a leashed walk, but will otherwise be kenneled once their groom is complete and they are awaiting pick up. Dogs with kennel aggression and/or dog aggression are not permitted to have extended stay. 

Senior Pet Comfort Groom

We offer comfort grooming for those 9 yrs and up - meaning we do as complete of a groom as safely possible. We don't guarantee perfection, but we do promise to take the best care possible to help them feel great. Sometimes it will just mean a bath and tidy, other times it may be a full groom.

We do reserve the right to decline a groom and recommend vet grooming under the supervision of a pet medical professional.

Price varies by breed, size, coat type, condition, and temperament. 

Puppy Package

This is a desensitization service for one hour a week over four weeks, starting when puppy is about 10 weeks old.  Puppy sessions focus on building puppy-groomer bonding and trust, desensitizing to tools, sounds, sights, and smells of the grooming salon. 

Weekly appointment is for a bath, blow dry, nail trim, face tidy, ear cleaning, paw tidy, and sanitary. The final session will usually be longer if it includes a hair cut. The final session price will reflect the full groom price. 

Small dogs like chihuahua, maltese, shih tzu......$25 per session with 3 week commitment, followed by a 4th week full groom (when applicable)

Larger dogs like aussie, golden, doodles, samoyed.....$35 per session with 3 week commitment, followed by a 4th week full groom (when applicable)

Cancellation Fees / No Call No Show Scheduling Fees

You will receive a courtesy appointment reminder 1 to 3 days before your appointment. Failure to confirm is equal to cancelation and your appointment may be given to another client.

Our policy is typical to any groom salon / service business - In the event a client cancels with less than 48 hour notice, regardless if the appointment was made weeks or 2 hours in advance, Faith & Fido will require a $20 (or 30% if a bath and tidy service) cancellation fee per pet booked, with an exception on Saturdays which is discussed below. You may have the option to avoid the cancellation fee by rescheduling.

If a client no call no shows or cancels (NCNS) 2 times, you will need to pay a $25 non-refundable fee to get back on the schedule. The NCNS fee does not count as a booking fee and will not be applied to the next appointment, should you make a new appointment. In the event NCNS happens more than 3 times, we will no longer be able to book you.

Saturday bookings are HIGH DEMAND days. If you are a Saturday booking, sufficient notice is IMPERATIVE.

Due to this, the first last minute cancellation on Saturdays will incur a 50% charge of the total groom fee; the second last minute cancellation on Saturdays will incur a 100% charge of the total groom fee, and you will be removed from Saturday as a service day option.

You have several options to pay:

As a small business, not to mention a specialty service serving one at time, each cancellation greatly impacts us and is a loss of income, making it more difficult for us to care for our family's financial needs.

As difficult as it is for us to need to charge these fees, we hope it encourages our clients to be mindful and notify us as soon as possible when they realize they cannot bring their pet in.

What happens if the groomer cancels on you?

Should the groomer cancel on you, a reschedule will be made as soon as possible. This has been a rare occurrence but has happened a few times! Emergencies occur, bad weather strikes, and humans get sick. We will make every effort to not cancel but should it happen and a reschedule is needed, and we are unable to accommodate within 7 days, we may offer a small discount or an upgraded service for the inconvenience.

501(c)(3) and Other Community Assistance Discounts

If the pet you are having groomed is a foster of a pet-related verifiable 501(c)(3) animal rescue, please ask about our discount for such charities. Organizations such as Therapet and service dog owners also qualify for a discount. 

We offer discounts on personal dogs of fosters of verifiable pet-related 501(c)(3)'s who have dedicated their time and home to helping get strays off the street and into good homes as well. 

Please have certifications handy or have the organization you work with reach out to me to verify authenticity. 

Notice to Clients

Certain coats may require extra time, product, and effort, leading to additional cost in their final pricing.

Shorter styles on curly/wavy coats under 5/8" (unless the style is required due to matting, which is more time consuming and damaging to equipment) tend to be lower cost. Longer styles require more hand scissoring, thus take longer and will cost more.

Long-coated or Curly/Wavy coated dogs with matting may require shaving down and the client will need to sign a Matted Dog Waiver. Those who do not wish to have their dog shaved will have their appointment cancelled and may incur a last minute cancellation fee of $25 and/or will be required to pay a deposit for future grooms. 

Generally a full groom on a double coated who also has long hair, like a sheltie or aussie, would mean an outline trim – scissoring along the underbelly, chest, and haunches – and can be done light, medium, or tight. I do not regularly shave double coats. I am open to 3/4", 7/8" or 1" outline trims. See the Shaving Double Coated Dog Waiver.

The groomer will give a firmer quote upon meeting your pet and with a set schedule, your price can possibly reduce over time as a well maintained coat is easier to work on. 

Pick up and Drop Off Services

If F&F is doing both pickup and dropoff, the travel fee is applied to each trip. If only doing pickup OR dropoff it will only be charged once.

The appointment slot will need to be booked accordingly in advance for this service. Please confirm this service will be needed at booking, and if it will be one or both ways. Car services are included in F&F's insurance for no more than 2 pets.

Announcement Regarding Cash Pay

1. F&F will continue to accept pennies while they are legal tender. Exact change will continue to be accepted.
2 We will make exact change as long as pennies are available.
3. If necessary, we will round cash payments down to the nickel. IE you owe 53.13 - We will accept 53.10 FOR CASH PAYMENT.
